When you start to walk out the routine you’ve laid out in your mind, it’s like you were meant to do it.
I have started visualizing my eating habits in a healthy way. That way when it comes to making the right choices, my brain will register the healthy ones because it will think it has been doing it the whole time.
But it takes constant visualizing 🙂
